• In addition to the regular content, I may also send you information about new courses or products I create related to software development.
• Measuring the performance of emails (opens, clicks) in an anonymized manner, to improve the experience.

What is the legal basis for processing?

The legal basis is your explicit consent, which you give by checking accept when explicitly asked if you want to receive communications or by subscribing through the explicit subscription button.

Who do I share your data with?

I use the EmailOctopus service, headquartered in the United Kingdom, which acts as the data processor.

Where is your data stored?

Data is stored on secure servers provided by EmailOctopus, which may be located outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission apply.

What are your rights?
